Refund and Warranty Policy

No Refund Policy

Kofoed & Arms Builds maintains a no-refund policy. For custom builds and all other builds, Kofoed & Arms Builds provides customers with a reasonable expectation of the product they will receive and does not grant refunds.

Limited Lifetime Repair Warranty

The repair warranty applies to the original purchaser of custom firearm(s) purchased in the United States. When used in accordance with instructions, the firearm(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for production-related failures for up to two years from the date the firearm arrives at the customer’s chosen FFL/gun shop. This warranty applies ONLY to production line firearms, manufactured by Kofoed & Arms Builds.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from any of the following:

• Failure to provide proper care, storage, or maintenance.
• Accidents, misuse, negligence, abuse, or unreasonable use.
• Use of the firearm with hand-loaded, reloaded, defective, or improper ammunition.
• Damage caused by barrel obstruction.
• Unauthorized adjustment, repairs, or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, including barrel or bore wear, corrosion, finish, or surface coatings.
• Physical injury or property damage resulting, in whole or in part, from criminal use, negligent use, improper use, or careless handling.
• Loss or damage occurring during return shipment.
• Accidental damage, improper care, modifications or alterations, or acts of nature, including floods and tornadoes.
• Gunsmithing performed on Kofoed & Arms Builds products by unauthorized third parties voids all warranties.

Shipping and Repair Charges

Kofoed & Arms Builds does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.

If Kofoed & Arms Builds determines that a repair is not covered under the warranty guidelines, the consumer may be charged for the repair. Kofoed & Arms Builds’ determination regarding warranty coverage is final.

For All Custom Builds/Gunsmithing:

Kofoed & Arms Builds will NOT warranty any parts or the longevity of any parts sent in by the customer/consumer. Kofoed & Arms WILL warranty the INSTALLATION of all parts.
